Cannot install gem 'chartkick' on vs code on windows
To install the chartkick
gem in a VS Code environment on Windows, you'll need to follow a few steps:
Ensure that Ruby is installed: Make sure you have Ruby installed on your Windows machine. You can download RubyInstaller from the official Ruby website (https://www.ruby-lang.org/en/downloads/).
