In Windows Command Prompt (CMD), you can run a command while another command is still running by using the start
command to launch the second command in a new window. Here's an example:
batchstart command1 && command2
In the above example, command1
will start running, and once it completes successfully, command2
will start in a new window.
Here's another example that demonstrates running two commands concurrently:
batchstart command1
command2
In this case, command1
will start running in a new window, and command2
will also start running in the current window at the same time.
Using the start
command allows you to run multiple commands simultaneously, providing flexibility in running commands concurrently in Windows Command Prompt.
