How to specify ssh custom port in GitKraken on Windows?
In GitKraken, you can specify a custom SSH port by modifying your Git configuration. Here's how you can do it on Windows:
Open GitKraken.
Click on the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left corner of the window.
Select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
In the Preferences window, go to the "Authentication" tab on the left-hand side.
Scroll down to the "SSH executable" section.
Click on the "Generate a SSH Config Entry" link.
This will open a new window where you can edit the SSH configuration.
In the SSH configuration window, add the following lines to specify your custom SSH port:
vbnetHost your-git-hostname
Port your-custom-port
Replace
your-git-hostname
with the hostname or IP address of your Git server andyour-custom-port
with the port number you want to use for SSH.Click the "Save" button to save the changes to the SSH configuration.
Now, when you use GitKraken to interact with your Git server, it will use the custom SSH port you specified in the configuration.
