Start In folder where is it used?
The "Start In" folder is the working directory from which a command or application is launched. By default, the "Start In" folder is set to the location of the executable file or the command prompt.
If you want to specify a different "Start In" folder when running a command or application, you can use the cd
command to change the current directory to the desired folder before executing the command. Here's an example:
mathematicacd C:\Path\to\desired\folder
command-to-execute
Replace C:\Path\to\desired\folder
with the actual path of the folder you want to use as the "Start In" folder, and command-to-execute
with the command or application you want to run.
By using the cd
command before executing the desired command or application, you ensure that the command or application is launched from the specified folder as the "Start In" folder.
