Windows appx removal fails with x64 package full name, succeeds with neutral package full name

It is possible that the x64 package full name has a different identifier or naming convention than the neutral package full name, and therefore the removal process may be failing due to a mismatch.
One solution could be to manually remove the x64 package using PowerShell or the command prompt, using the following command:
PowerShellRemove-AppxPackage PackageFullName
You will need to replace "PackageFullName" with the full name of the x64 package that you want to remove.
If that does not work, you can try using the Get-AppxPackage
command to retrieve information about the installed packages, and then pipe that output to Remove-AppxPackage
to remove the package. For example:
PowerShellGet-AppxPackage | Where-Object { $_.PackageFullName -match "x64PackageName" } | Remove-AppxPackage
Again, replace "x64PackageName" with the name of the package you want to remove.
