To create a Windows shortcut with quoted command line parameters, follow these steps:
- Right-click on your desktop or in the folder where you want to create the shortcut.
- Select "New" and then "Shortcut".
- In the "Create Shortcut" window, click on the "Browse" button and locate the executable file you want to create the shortcut for.
- In the "Type the location of the item" field, enter the path to the executable file enclosed in double quotes.
For example:"C:\Path\to\executable.exe"
- Click "Next" and provide a name for the shortcut.
- Click "Finish" to create the shortcut.
The command line parameters should be included within the double quotes in the "Target" field of the shortcut properties. For example:
swift"C:\Path\to\executable.exe" "parameter1" "parameter2" "parameter3"
Make sure to enclose each parameter in double quotes if it contains spaces or special characters.
Once the shortcut is created, you can double-click on it to launch the executable with the specified command line parameters.
